Episode 001: Nana Ama Botchway on Finding your voice and taking up space

This week, we’re joined by the admirable Nana Ama Botchway, the founder of one of Ghana’s leading law firms, N. Dowuona & Company. Our conversation with Nana Ama was about her climb to success, especially about how to find your voice when starting. She was recently appointed as a non-executive Director to the MTN Board and won many prestigious awards for her corporate and commercial lawyer work.

This conversation hit home because she's always had a practice that I admire and a business that inspires me. If there’s a leader in my space I look up to, it’s her!
